Spain: GeoNight 2020 call in Spanish
Slovenia: In Slovenia, on Friday, 3rd of April at 19.33, will a videoconference take place as the first time honoring of NIGHT OF GEOGRAPHY (SLO: Noč geografije). The Association of Geographers of Slovenia will also announce the winners of two competitions, namely the “We in the Landscape” photo competition for pupils, students and the competition for the best research work for university students in 2019 (see HERE for info and photos).
Lithuania: 3 virtual Geo-events on April 3rd based in 3 locations.
1) In Vilnius – Lithuanian geographical society (Giedrė Godienė and Jurgita Rimkuvienė) is organising open survey “Geographical window” which will ask participants to recognise different aspects of geography in the landscape they can observe in carantine at home – we will provide an special platform and later use data as landscape perception study.
2) In Kruonis – the Progymnasium geography teacher Daiva Kruliauskienė will organise geographical entertainment “Chew the Geography” – geography for breakfast, lunch, dinner and more
3) In tiny settlement of Kazitiskis (300 inhabitants) – the librarian Rasa Trubilienė will organise geographical quiz.
